The nephrology department of Sint-Trudo is one of the three recognized centres for kidney diseases in Limburg. The service offers the full spectrum from diagnostics to all forms of treatment. An expert team of doctors, paramedics and other healtcare professionals is available to the patient 24 hours a day.

Neurosurgery is the medical specialty for the surgical treatment of disorders of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord, nerves) and spine (neck, back).

Neurology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the brain, peripheral nerves and spinal cord.
You also often see a neurologist for treatment of muscular diseases.

At the department of ear, nose and throat, you can get a diagnosis and treatment of conditions of the ears, nose, throat and surrounding structures. This includes both routine procedures such as the removal of tonsils and the placement of ear tubes, as well as more specialised treatments. Our department is part of the hospital's head and neck centre.

Our ophthalmology department is responsible for diagnosis, treatment and surgical procedures on the eye.
