Come to your appointment on time

If you don't show up for an appointment without canceling in advance, there may be a charge. For many appointments, we provide examination equipment or medication at a cost. Moreover, we want to avoid that other patients cannot be helped. It is therefore very important that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Some departments also offer the option of scheduling an appointment digitally through the MyNexuzHealth app or website. In that same app, you can also consult your patient file: reports of examinations, appointments made, images, etc. And this for both yourself and your children.

You can consult your file and make appointments through the website MyNexuzHealth.be when you have a computer with Internet access. Even more convenient is to install the app on your phone. That way, you can also receive notifications about upcoming appointments or incoming reports.
