In the plaster room, specialized nurses treat patients with injuries to the musculoskeletal system. These injuries include bone fractures, as well as muscle and tendon problems and wound care.
We treat various limbs that need to be immobilized, corrected or supported. You may be referred to the plaster room from various disciplines, such as the orthopedic surgeon, plastic surgeon, neurosurgeon or emergency doctor.

The endocrinology department treats diseases of hormone-releasing glands: these glands may produce too much or too little hormone, or the glands may have changed shape (for example, nodules on the gland). A hormone is a substance released to the blood by a gland that affects the functioning of an organ somewhere in the body. The glands that make these hormones are the pancreas (pancreas), thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, parathyroid and gonads.

The diabetes center is the central point of contact for all questions about diabetes mellitus.

You can visit our general and abdominal surgery service for minor general surgery, procedures on the gastrointestinal system, abdominal wall and other organs in the abdominal region. We work closely with other disciplines such as gastroenterology, endocrinology and oncology for this.
