100 in 1 day

This day is a global phenomenon that transforms cities into vibrant places where creativity and innovation reign supreme. During one day, one hundred different actions and projects are launched by citizens, organizations and communities to move their city in a positive way. Curieus vzw organizes this "100 in 1 day" in Belgium and also in Sint-Truiden, among other places.

Sint-Trudo Ziekenhuis

In Sint-Truiden, the creative idea came to apply a window drawing as an ode to all care workers on the front of Sint-Trudo. Rick De Leeuw, a renowned poet and singer-songwriter, made a heartwarming contribution in this regard. His poem, along with the window mural, forms a tribute to all healthcare workers.

For the hospital it is a great opportunity to show the solidarity that its care employees have among themselves as one big and close team, but certainly also the solidarity towards the people they care for. In this way they also create the opportunity for local creative minds to bring their ideas to life and put a smile on the faces of a lot of people.
