Making an appointment via Mynexuzhealth

How do you book an appointment?

Below you find a step-by-step guide to booking an appointment at our hospital via Mynexuzhealth.

Open the app and log in with your PIN code, itsme or eID.
Under modules, tap 'Appointments'.
Tap the plus sign (top right on iPhone, bottom right on Android).
Select Sint-Trudo Hospital Sint-Truiden and continue with Next.
Tap 'Make appointment' and continue with Next.
Choose the department where you want to book an appointment and continue with Next.
In the calendar, blue dots indicate the days on which appointments are available. Tap a day and continue with Next.
Tap the time that suits you or is available and tap Next. Does this time not work for you? Tap Previous to choose another day.
Confirm your appointment.

Surf to www.mynexuzhealth.com and log in with itsme or your eID.
Click on 'Appointments' in the top left.
Click on the 'Make appointment' button.
Select Sint-Trudo Hospital Sint-Truiden.
Choose the department where you want to book an appointment.
You will see the next available appointment. Click on the appointment to book it. Does the date or time not work for you? Click the arrow to the right to browse the available time slots.
Confirm your appointment.

Are you the parent of a child under the age 15? Then you can request a parent-child link via the website or the app.
