Ultrasound lower abdomen
An ultrasound is an examination of the lower abdomen (female pelvis, bladder, rectum, uterus, ...) using sound waves to look inside the body.
examination
Ultrasound limbs
An ultrasound is an examination using sound waves to look inside the body, such as inside the shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist, legs or ankles.
The purpose of the examination is to image the upper limbs and surrounding tissue. Inflammatory processes and calcifications can thus be detected.

Ultrasound duplex
A duplex ultrasound is an examination where ultrasound is used in combination with a color doppler. An ultrasound uses sound waves to look inside the body. A color doppler measures the flow rate of blood. A distinction is made between a venous duplex and an arterial duplex.

CT examination virtual colonoscopy
In a CT (computer tomography) scan, we form an image of the colon using X-rays. Through this examination, we have the opportunity to see the intestine from the inside, without the need to insert an endoscope (tube with a camera) into the colon. Scientific research has shown that for detecting abnormalities of the colon (polyps or colon cancer) this method is equally good.
examination
NMR abdomen
With an NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), we image the abdomen (or abdominal organs such as the pancreas, liver, kidneys ...) by means of a magnetic field and radio waves. Thus, we obtain 3D images of the inside of the body: disc images in three dimensions. No X-rays are used in an NMR examination. The examination can be considered harmless.

CT examination skull
In a CT (computer tomography) scan, we form an image of the brain using X-rays. The scanner makes sections of the brain.
