We welcome Dr. Brenda Somers as a new doctor within our gynaecology service.
Dr. Brenda Somers obtained her medical degree at Hasselt University and KU Leuven and completed her master's degree in gynaecology and obstetrics at KU Leuven. During her training, she gained broad clinical experience in various Belgian hospitals (ZOL, UZ Leuven, Jessa Hospital, among others). She also built international experience through a year-long traineeship at Frimley Park Hospital (UK) and one month of work experience in various healthcare settings in Myanmar.
In addition, she completed futher training, including the 3rd Degree Repair Course in Croydon, and was actively involved in several volunteer projects.
Her education and traineeships, both in Belgium and abroad, provide her with a solid foundation for her role within our department of gynaecology.
We wpuld like to give her a warm welcome to Sint-Trudo. /p>
