You enter the rehabilitation residential ward for an intensive rehabilitation program. A multidisciplinary team strives to help you achieve or maintain as much independence as possible. If necessary, we will also work to teach you how to cope with your disability.

Rheumatology is a medical discipline that deals with conditions that can affect the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles, tendons, bone). Pain or joint swelling are the most common complaints.

The endocrinology department treats diseases of glands that release hormones. These glands may produce too much or too little hormones, or they may change shape (nodules on the gland). We can also help you with related metabolic disorders such as obesity, osteoporosis and high cholesterol.

The diabetes center is the central point of contact for all questions about diabetes mellitus.

Plaster consultation
In the plaster room, specialized nurses treat patients with injuries to the musculoskeletal system. These injuries include bone fractures, as well as muscle and tendon problems and wound care.
We treat various limbs that need to be immobilized, corrected or supported. You may be referred to the plaster room from various disciplines, such as the orthopedic surgeon, plastic surgeon, neurosurgeon or emergency doctor.

Gynaecology
Women can go to our gynaecology department for birth control and contraception.
Obstetrics is a part of this, where we guide you during pregnancy and childbirth.
Our gynaecologists are also responsible for the necessary gynaecological check-ups, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the uterus, ovaries and breasts. For the latter, we work with a multidisciplinary breast centre.
