Announcement of Dr. Nick Pans as emergency doctor
In February, Dr. Nick Pans will start as a permanent staff member at Sint-Trudo Ziekenhuis at the emergency department. He will join our team as an emergency doctor.

Dr. Nick Pans received his degree in medicine from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2017).
During his further education, he gained experience at Jessa Hasselt on the intensive care unit, in emergency medicine at Heilig Hart Hospital Lier and AZ Sint-Dimpna Geel and on the internal medicine unit at UZ Leuven. Currently, he is still active at ZOL Genk in the emergency medicine department.
Dr. Nick Pans also holds several relevant certificates: European Trauma Course, Advanced Life Support and Deus eFAST emergency ultrasound.
