Our patient guidance team listens to what matters to you and looks for solutions together with you. Whether you have questions, need support or just feel stuck for a moment, we are here to think along with you and guide you step by step.
Before your admission
The pre-admission team provides you with clear information ahead of your stay. They discuss your room preference, explain any additional costs and take care of the administrative arrangements together with you.
We do our best to take your room preference into account. However, due to high occupancy, this is not always possible. You can contact the pre-admission service the day before your admission to check which room you will be staying in.

Reception
Our reception staff will help you complete the necessary formalities on arrival, accompany you to your ward if needed, and guide family members and visitors. They can also assist with practical questions, such as consultation times, public transport schedules or making phone calls.
